RemoteTweet was created in June 2009, when I first starting programming with the Twitter API. Soon after finding other classes, I realized that they were either too slow, too basic or didn’t have the security and stability. I then started to program the RemoteTweet class, something which could implement the Twitter API using their secure oAuth login in an easy to use PHP environment. All my scripts use the RemoteTweet class, giving security and stability to the user.
